Our Finnish sauna can be individually adjusted – with temperatures up to 110°C, allowing the atmosphere to be tailored to your needs. The warmth penetrates deep into the body, providing a soothing, restorative effect and a tangible sense of lightness.

After your sauna session, relax in a comfortable massage chair or on cozy loungers. Sauna and shower towels are provided (bathrobes not included). Enjoy tea, coffee, fresh water, and small snacks for refreshment – all in complete tranquility. If you wish, gentle music or TV can accompany you – subtly in the background, creating the mood that suits your moment.

A special experience awaits you with the unique SKEMA® energy pipes:
They emit vibrations similar to those found in untouched nature. Each of the nine pipes carries its own frequency quality, which can be felt through hand detectors. These gentle vibrations promote circulation and detoxification, release tension, and activate the body’s natural regenerative powers. Our specialists will be happy to advise you on-site.

Sauna and shower towels are included. Bathrobes can be rented optionally.
Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, and we will be happy to reschedule or cancel your reservation. In case of no-show, the booking fee will be charged in full according to house rules.
