House Rules

  • Children under 16 years are not allowed in the sauna.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the premises.

  • Sauna guests may only enter in the number of people registered. If the number of guests differs, the owner reserves the right to deny access.

  • Our staff will provide the necessary information and instructions upon arrival; these must be followed. The equipment will be explained and must be used with proper care.

  • The Private Spa will be handed over to you in perfect condition. Any damage or additional cleaning required beyond normal use will be charged to the guest.

  • Bringing essential or massage oils is not allowed.

  • Eating, consuming alcoholic beverages, shaving, dyeing or cutting hair, and pedicures are prohibited throughout the wellness area.

  • The Private Spa is a quiet oasis for relaxation and is located in a residential building. Therefore, parties, loud music, or shouting are not permitted.

  • Use of the premises and equipment is at your own risk and responsibility. We accept no liability. In case of illness, pregnancy, etc., consult a doctor to determine if sauna use is permitted.

  • Access is not allowed for individuals with contagious diseases, open wounds, skin rashes, or under the influence of intoxicating substances.

  • No sexual activity in the Private Spa.

  • We are not liable for destruction, damage, or loss of items brought into the facility, nor for vehicles parked on the premises.

 

Special Rules for the Sauna

  • Guests must shower before using the sauna to remove the skin’s natural oils.
  • The sauna may only be used nude, with a thoroughly dried body, and without bathing shoes.

  • Using a sauna or bath towel as a seat and foot mat is mandatory.

  • It is not allowed to apply any rubs or creams before using the relaxation loungers.

  • Guests with freshly dyed hair are not allowed to use the sauna.

  • Guests who violate the house rules may be temporarily or permanently barred from the facility. Booking fees will not be refunded in such cases.

 

Cancellations and missed appointments
 

Dear guest We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment and we will be happy to reschedule or cancel your reservation. If you fail to show up, we charge 100% of the booking fee. Please understand that if you forget your appointment or do not cancel in time, other sauna guests will miss the opportunity to book this appointment time. Appointments are confirmed by SMS and email from the time of booking to the day of service. We hope you value our time as much as we value yours. *In the event that the 24-hour cancellation fee is required, our team will contact you to arrange payment by credit card or TWINT. After receipt of payment, we will be happy to arrange your next appointment, otherwise we will not accept any more bookings.
